Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery of your order. If they have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be entitled to a return, your item must be unused, and/or show obvious defects not resulting from customer tampering.
The product must also be in the same condition in which you received it and must be contained in the original packaging.
We DO NOT offer returns for delays in delivery, unless resulting from personal agreements made between the fandjneubrand.com shop team and the customer himself. However, our guarantee covers the event that the product is not received within 60 days of the order.
To make a return, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your application is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-10 days.
